Manufacturing Operating Technician - Bindery (We'll Train You!)

Weโ€™re hiring 3 team members ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

 What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
  • Learn to interpret the information on work instructions and accurately record production data.
  • Exercise initiative, ask questions and look for ways of improving productivity.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

 No bindery experience? No problemโ€”weโ€™ll train you.
Weโ€™re looking for people who:

  • Have experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
  • Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
  • Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
  • Take pride in doing quality work
  • Show up reliably and work well with a team
  • High school diploma/GED.

Itโ€™s a plus if you have:

  • Print, bindery, or finishing experience
  • Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

  • On your feet for most of the shift.
  • Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
