You will operate at the intersection of complex engineering and strategic delivery, navigating ambiguity to drive long-term engineering strategy and measurable improvements in customer experience.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management within highly complex systems, including multiple successful release cycles of consumer-facing software at scale.

  • 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects across Cloud, Mobile, or Embedded systems.

  • Deep experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise-level project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and non-technical executive stakeholders.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

  • Strategic Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year programs spanning mobile apps, cloud applications / infrastructure, and connected vehicle experiences.

  • Portfolio Management: Contribute to strategic planning and resource orchestration across the portfolio; proactively identify structural constraints and optimize capacity against priorities.

  • Technical Leadership: Leverage a deep understanding of cloud/mobile/vehicle interdependencies to shape technical direction, assess engineering trade-offs, and guide teams through complex design decisions.

  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Build consensus across diverse global teams and senior leadership. Establish rigorous scope-control processes and manage the impact of changes on the program baseline.

  • Risk & Governance: Establish proactive risk-mitigation systems and governance frameworks. Actively manage identified risks, driving impediments to closure. Define and track Technical Success Metrics (KPIs/QoS) to drive data-based improvements and engineering excellence.

  • Operational Influence: Influence without direct authority across software systems and divisions. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, blameless risk escalation, and team-level mentoring.

  • Systemic Problem Solving: Detect trends across data sets to frame high-impact decisions and resolve interdependency challenges that span multiple software domains.
