Job Summary

          We are Seeking an Principal Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience specializing in electrical design and documentation for Multi-Family Housing, Commercial, and Civic/Government projects. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, electrical system design, building codes, engineering standards, and life safety requirements. Experienced in analyzing design requirements, providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and delivering code-compliant electrical solutions. Professional Engineer (PE) Licensed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and document electrical systems for Multi-Family, Commercial, and Civic/Government projects using Autodesk Revit.
  2. Analyze project requirements and develop code-compliant, efficient electrical design solutions.
  3. Apply Electrical Engineering Standards, Building Codes, NEC, and Life Safety Requirements.
  4. Prepare electrical drawings, models, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
  5. Coordinate electrical designs with multidisciplinary project teams and resolve design conflicts.
  6. Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentoring to engineering and design teams.
  7. Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Maintain and apply PE licensure and professional engineering judgment
