Responsibilities for Seasonal Business Process Analyst include but are not limited to: 

·       Translate business objectives and capability goals into detailed business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

·       Decompose claim orchestration capabilities into features, process flows, implementation requirements, and delivery artifacts.

·       Create and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across AHA IDs, features, user stories, testing artifacts, and project deliverables.

·       Collaborate with Capability Managers, Enterprise Architecture, Analytics teams, and technology partners to validate requirements and resolve gaps.

·       Develop audit-ready documentation, workflow diagrams, operational procedures, governance artifacts, and implementation support materials while ensuring compliance and delivery readiness.

Candidates for Seasonal Business Process Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       7+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Delivery, or Program Delivery experience.

·       3+ years of healthcare claims experience, preferably supporting claims platforms or claims modernization initiatives.

·       Strong experience creating business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, processing documentation, and traceability matrices.

·       Proven ability to work within complex cross-functional and matrixed environments, managing multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery teams.

·       Strong understanding of requirements management, business process analysis, SDLC/Agile methodologies, along with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
