We're looking for a National Account Director who arrives with credibility, a strong network, and the ability to immediately impact revenue. You understand the expectations of incentive planners, executive decision-makers, and luxury intermediaries-and you know how to translate that into business. In this role, you will position our resorts as best-in-class destinations for:
 
Corporate incentive travel, Executive retreats, and High-touch luxury group experiences

What You'll Do (Essential Duties)
 
Own and Grow the Incentive & Luxury Group Segment
 
Proactively generate and close corporate incentives, executive retreat, and luxury group business
Leverage your existing relationships to deliver immediate revenue impact
Identify and secure high-value opportunities aligned with each hotel's premium positioning
Activate Your Network
 
Utilize established connections with incentive houses, corporate planners, and luxury advisors
Maintain a strong presence in the incentive and luxury travel community
Represent the Prince Resorts Hawaii brand at key industry events, trade shows, and client engagements
Deliver High-Touch Sales Experiences
 
Craft compelling, tailored proposals that reflect the sophistication of the incentive market
Lead immersive, memorable site inspections that inspire clients and differentiate the resort experience
Anticipate client expectations and curate experiences that exceed them
Drive the Sales Process with Precision
 
Manage the full lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, contracting, and closing
Structure creative, value-driven deals while protecting rate integrity
Ensure seamless transition from sales to operations for flawless program execution
Make and exceed quarterly and yearly goals for this luxury corporate market
Collaborate to Elevate the Experience
 
Partner cross-functionally to align on luxury service delivery and program customization
Support team initiatives and provide leadership within the sales organization
Step in to support broader sales leadership efforts when needed
Essential Duties:
 
Maintain strong skills with sales applications: CI-TY, Delphi Opera, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Be well versed in the sales process - initiating customer contact, qualifying, follow-up, and negotiating, contracting (including creating and being knowledgeable of hotel contracts), and service delivery.
Develop and communicate/lead site inspection strategy and provide strong site inspection experience.
Develop and strengthen strong relationships with new and existing group accounts to achieve group segment objectives. Attend industry events to represent and grow customer base.
Provide an elevated level of guest service in all areas of the resort.
Maintain organizational skills to support the sales process Partner/network with industry organizations such as the Island of Hawaii Visitors Bureau, Oahu visitors Bureau and meet Hawaii sales team.
Must meet and/or exceed booking goals.
Perform administrative tasks such as contracts, proposals, solicitation letters, etc.
Create and utilize sales presentations and tools to increase hotel sales.
Must be available to travel to both Mainland and Hawaii to generate sales production as needed.
Attend and/or lead sales related meetings as required and prepare reports and presentations.
Understand and support overall hotel goals and objectives.
Be a strong team player by supporting other sales members, sales department initiatives.
Assist Area Director of Sales, Group in various other duties such as creating and maintaining SOPs to meet business needs.
 
 
Other Duties:
 
Actively participate in industry and community initiatives.
Represent Prince Resorts Hawaii in a professional, respectful manner.
Attend REVMAX (when schedule allows) and resort management meetings.
Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
 
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
 
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience required.
Four-year college degree is preferred.
 
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually.
