Job description

Job Title:                            Human Resource Business Partner

Contract:                            04 Months (Possible Extension)

Work Location:                 West Guadalupe Rd. Gilbert Arizona 85233 (Onsite)


This is an on-site position, requiring daily presence at our Gilbert, AZ location to effectively support and engage with employees and leaders.

As an HRBP, you will collaborate closely with another site HRBP and the manufacturing operations leadership team to align HR initiatives with business objectives across a diverse workforce of 300+ employees.


Minimum Qualifications to be considered... 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with experience in an HRBP role supporting a senior leadership team. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with employees at all levels with tact and diplomacy.

 

Preferred Qualifications Include... 

  • HR experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in organizational design, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, employee development, employee relations, legal/compliance.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to understand complex organizational issues in a matrix environment.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HR systems (HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking systems).
  • Experience coaching and influencing Senior Management regarding business and people related decisions.
