Job description

Location: Hybrid – Candidates should be located near Dallas, TX or Alpharetta, GA.

Duration: 12-month contract with potential for full-time conversion based on business needs.


Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Category Manager to lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives for Technology Professional Services. This role will manage the full procurement lifecycle, including category strategy, supplier management, RFPs, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagement for complex technology services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and category management initiatives.
  • Negotiate complex MSAs, SOWs, T&M, fixed-price, and outcome-based agreements.
  • Manage supplier relationships and drive sourcing value.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct RFPs, contract negotiations, and commercial evaluations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Technology Professional Services sourcing and category management.
  • Strong background in Indirect Procurement within large enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex technology services contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with suppliers such as Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, EY, NTT Data, or similar is highly preferred.
