Overview
The Foreign Exchange (FX) Prime Brokerage product team has overall responsibility for the operation and development of the FX Prime Brokerage platform, including revenue generation, cost & risk management, product development and client relationship management.

What You'll Do
  • Work in partnership with the sales team, to define the product offering for all prospective clients - providing product expertise throughout the pitching and client onboarding process. Set commercial terms for new client mandates, ensuring that new opportunities meet revenue and return hurdles. Ongoing relationship management for the existing client base. Senior point of escalation within the FX Prime Brokerage (FXPB) business
  • In conjunction with internal risk management groups, oversee the overall risk profile of the FXPB business Americas. Business review and sign-off for commercial points within the legal documentation (International Swaps and Derivates Association, Inc./ Credit Support Annex, FX Prime Brokerage agreement)
  • Financial Resource Management - ongoing review of the revenue and return metrics to ensure clients are priced sustainably. Ongoing initiatives in order to minimize costs
  • Operational Risk Management - Provide oversight to the operations team to minimize operational risk
  • Product Development - Drive the implementation of new enhancements to the FX Prime Brokerage platform to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Review Business Requirements Documents to ensure the proposed implementation meets the expectations of the Business and its clients

Skills You'll Need
  • Extensive experience in product expertise and a strong understanding of the FX Prime Brokerage industry
  • Client facing experience, including dealing with major US hedge funds
  • Good understanding of the FX business and FX markets more generally
  • The skills to solve complex business problems
  • Knowledge of Listed Derivatives, cOTC and the general prime landscape and products
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs

Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $170,000 - $210,000 . Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
