Job description

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Panama City, FL.
Position Responsibilities:
• Update the Program Plan by working with appropriate projects, Task Leaders (TLs) and supporting organizations to maintain the master plan consisting of detailed schedules, work packages, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and time-phased costs for each work package while managing the Program Plans utilizing Primavera's Project Management software for earned value management.
• Collect required budget and expense data to support EVM analysis including actual labor and non-labor commitments, obligations, and expenses from NERP.
Support the processes associated with the planning, tracking, and reporting of tasks within a Project's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in accordance with the JEXC2 Integrated Master Schedule Process.
Position Requirements:
• Nine or more years' experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Program Management and Financial Management contracts and technical and business aspects of DoD acquisition policy and regulations.
• Nine years' experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) analysis.
• Experience supporting Navy-ERP, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Enterprise Planning System and procurement processing and tracking.
• Experience supporting DoD or similar programs.
• Experience with the following programs:
a. Primavera's Project Management application
b. Microsoft's Project application
c. Microsoft's Project Online application
d. Microsoft's Excel application
e. Milestone Pro application
