The Deposit Pricing Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of pricing strategies for deposit products across various customer segments. This role involves conducting data analysis, market research, and financial modeling to inform pricing decisions that drive growth and profitability. The analyst works closely with Product, Finance, Treasury, and Risk teams to ensure pricing aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $81,700/yr - $165,100/yr plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.

 Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze deposit pricing trends, customer behavior, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Develop pricing models and tools to evaluate elasticity, profitability, and performance.
  • Support the implementation of pricing strategies across retail and commercial segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing with funding and liquidity goals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and pricing committees.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. 

Key Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
  • Understanding of deposit products and pricing strategies.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or product strategy within a financial institution.
  • Experience with pricing tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to deposit products.
