Job description

Quoting & Pricing Specialist

Where precision meets problem-solving.

Are you someone who loves numbers and people? Do you thrive on turning complex project details into clear, accurate quotes that help teams win business? If so, we’re looking for a Quoting & Pricing Specialist who can bring both analytical thinking and collaboration to the table.

Who We Are

At Revive Home Brands, we partner with dealers across the country to deliver high-end, custom cabinetry that stands out for its craftsmanship and quality. Every cabinet we produce is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted, combining precision manufacturing with a commitment to excellence. Our team takes pride in creating products that elevate spaces—and we’re just as committed to building a workplace where our people can do their best work.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for pricing accuracy and quoting support—helping our sales team, dealers, and designers bring projects to life while staying on budget.

  • Create detailed, accurate quotes from drawings and item lists
  • Collaborate with sales reps and dealers to align budgets through smart value engineering
  • Review and validate dealer-generated quotes using our pricing system
  • Support dealers and reps with pricing, quoting, and catalog questions (yes, you’ll be the expert they trust!)
  • Partner with purchasing and suppliers to price outsourced items
  • Prepare and manage quote documentation using Excel and Word
  • Provide pre-engineering support for custom items
  • Price jobs and rush orders after layout completion
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Order Processing, and Management to keep projects moving

What Makes You a Great Fit

You’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy solving problems. You can juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy—and you communicate clearly with both internal teams and customers.

  • High school diploma (additional education in business, engineering, or related field is a plus)
  • Experience in quoting, pricing, or a similar role preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Basic understanding of cabinet design or drafting (helpful, but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on finding cost-effective solutions
  • Team player who is also self-driven and accountable

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You’ll play a key role in shaping project success from the start
  • Work with a collaborative team that values accuracy and efficiency
  • Opportunity to grow your skills in pricing, engineering support, and cross-functional collaboration
  • A role where your attention to detail truly makes an impact

Ready to bring your precision and problem-solving skills to a team that values both? Apply today and help us build smarter, more efficient solutions—one quote at a time.
