Intermountain Home Services (IHS) is a leading provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water treatment solutions across the Intermountain West. With multiple brands and locations, we are actively standardizing our systems, processes, and data through the power of ServiceTitan.


Position Summary

The ServiceTitan Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the company’s ongoing ServiceTitan optimization and standardization initiatives across multiple brands and locations. This position will act as a first line of support for internal users via the ServiceTitan Help Desk, assisting with issue resolution, data integrity, and configuration requests.


The Administrator will also partner closely with the ServiceTitan Administrator and Brand Champions to document, test, and deploy system enhancements, ensuring all changes align with Intermountain's enterprise standards and best practices.



Responsibilities:


Help Desk & User Support

  • Monitor and respond to ServiceTitan Help Desk tickets and user inquiries.
  • Diagnose and resolve system-related issues ranging from user errors to data configuration challenges.
  • Escalate complex or system-wide issues to the ServiceTitan Administrator as needed.
  • Provide friendly, solutions-oriented support while maintaining documentation of resolutions for knowledge base reference.

Standardization & Process Support

  • Assist in implementing enterprise-wide ServiceTitan standardization projects (Pricebook, Payroll, Job Types, Memberships, etc.).
  • Document brand-specific workflows and identify opportunities for alignment and process improvement.
  • Support testing and deployment of new configurations, integrations, and process changes.
  • Help maintain system data accuracy and consistency across all tenants.

Training & Enablement

  • Partner with the ServiceTitan Administrator to create and update user guides, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Assist with user training sessions and onboarding for new hires or feature rollouts.
  • Maintain ongoing awareness of ServiceTitan releases and feature updates.

Additional Support

  • Participate in cross-departmental projects and data initiatives as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and operational tasks to ensure system and process efficiency.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working within ServiceTitan, preferably in an operations, dispatch, or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceTitan modules such as Pricebook, Jobs, Payroll, Memberships, and Business Units.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, documentation tools, and process management platforms (Asana, Monday, etc.).

Preferred:

  • ServiceTitan Certified Administrator or currently enrolled in certification.
  • Experience supporting or training others in ServiceTitan.
  • Familiarity with trades industry operations (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
  • Knowledge of GL mapping, project billing, or integrations (Sage, Intacct, etc.) is a plus.
