Program Manager
The Opportunity:
As a program manager on our team, you'll work with customers, engineers, designers, schedulers, and manufacturing staff to analyze the budget, schedule, and requirements of Army vehicle development and prototyping efforts. Using proven program management methodologies, you'll help develop and communicate your program's strategy and business impact. You will use your skills as a program manager in all aspects of vehicle design and build. Join us as we help to integrate the next generation of technology into Army Ground Vehicles.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with program or project management
  • Knowledge of a scheduling tool such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Ability to assist with project budgets, identify risks, and manage projects to cost and schedule
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes
  • Knowledge of MIL STD and other Army Standards related to vehicle design and performance
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
