Reports To: Program Executive / Account DirectorPosition Overview
Blueprint seeks a senior public health leader to serve as Advisory Chair supporting the implementation of statewide behavior change and program adoption initiatives. The ideal candidate must have prior experience within the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) or closely aligned state agencies
This role provides executive oversight, strategic counsel, and institutional insight to ensure initiatives align with DPH priorities, operational realities, and community impact expectations.
The Advisory Chair serves as a senior governance voice, strengthening program continuity, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and performance accountability across high-visibility public health initiatives.

  • Provide executive advisory oversight for statewide public health initiatives, including prevention, behavioral health, chronic disease, and equity-centered programs

  • Deep familiarity with public health communications, outreach implementation, and program adoption challenges
  • Experience advising on health equity, culturally competent delivery, and priority population engagement
  • Strong executive presence and ability to guide cross-functional leadership teams

  • Experience overseeing tobacco cessation, behavioral health, chronic disease prevention, or surveillance participation initiatives
