RN Registered Nurse

Prestige Care Center of Plattsmouth is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team! This role is ideal for an RN looking for schedule flexibility while continuing to make a meaningful impact in long-term care.

Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

  • Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and quality standards

  • Provide leadership and clinical support to nursing staff during assigned shifts

Qualifications for Registered Nurse:

  • Active RN license in the state of Nebraska

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs

  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
