Now Hiring:

Certified Dietary Manager

Ensure that each resident is provided a nourishing, palatable, well-balanced diet that meets the daily nutritional and special dietary needs (State Regulation);

Hire and supervise all dietary personnel and discipline when necessary;

Ensure that necessary dietary staffing is present in the facility;

Ensure that dietary services are in compliance with applicable nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements;

Write and implement dietary policies, procedures, and management systems;

Qualifications:

Maintain a State of Nebraska Dietary Manager certification; CDM,CFPP

Two years experience in long term care or acute setting;

Must maintain full-time (minimum of 40 hours per week) status;
