Technical / Soft Skills:ย 3D CAD,ย drafting standards,ย Pressure vesselย or HVAC equipment design,ย ASME codes

JD:ย 
  • Design pressure vessels, headers, and heat exchanger shells for HVAC systems using ASME Section VIII and related standards.
  • Prepare detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings in CAD software SolidWorks.
  • Conduct stress analysis and thickness calculations (Hand calculations) based on internal/external pressure, temperature, and material properties.
  • Collaborate with process engineers to optimize thermal and mechanical performance.
  • Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with procurement and fabrication teams.
  • Review vendor designs and ensure compliance with specifications and safety codes.
  • Support product cost estimation, weight analysis, and design-to-manufacturing initiatives.
  • Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement programs.
