Job description

Position Summary

Deliver and pump hazardous chemicals on oilfield wells according to customer specifications. Safely and responsibly maintain all equipment required to perform job functions.

Essential Functions
  • Drive and operate high-pressure pumping equipment to treat oil and gas wells.
  • Monitor pump rates, pressures and chemical volumes throughout jobs and report back to the supervisor.
  • Properly maintain the pump truck and all company equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills to all customers and field office personnel.
  • Maintain the highest level of safety at all times.
  • Work well independently and in a team atmosphere.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment.
Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Previous oilfield experience handling hazardous chemicals and treating high-pressure wells preferred.
  • Must possess, at minimum, a Class A CDL with Tanker and Airbrake endorsements.
  • Class A CDL is required to drive a tractor-trailer combination.
  • Possess a current Medical Examinerโ€™s Certification.
  • Required ability to read maps and follow driving directions.Work Environment

    Indoors and outdoors, with driving involved. Employee could be faced with working in temperature extremes. Employee must be able to lift and carry 100 pounds, manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude helpful. Use of safety equipment to include, but not limited to: hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, gloves, and H2S Monitor as required or needed.

    Work Environment

    Indoors and outdoors, with driving involved. Employee could be faced with working in temperature extremes. Employee must be able to lift and carry 100 pounds, manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude helpful.
