Flowserve is seeking a Houston-based Senior Engineer - Vibration Analyst to support our Monitoring Center and in-service products operating at customer sites. The Senior Engineer will coordinate the execution and ongoing delivery of Flowserve monitoring service contracts, including technical review, troubleshooting, reporting, customer engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional Flowserve teams. Responsibilities:
• Proactively monitor customer equipment health, status, vibration behavior, and anomalies.
• Support active monitoring operations within the Flowserve Monitoring Center.
• Respond to customer service calls, emails, and tasks submitted through the Flowserve RedRaven portal.
• Prioritize, escalate, and communicate customer issues to the appropriate Flowserve teams.
• Execute procedures related to Monitoring Center contract deliverables.
• Perform vibration analysis using available sensor data, including remote diagnostics of rotating equipment faults such as imbalance, misalignment, wear, or other mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with Field Service teams and customer personnel to obtain additional diagnostic information when needed.
• Support report development with the Monitoring Center Project Management team.
• Evaluate sensor performance, alarm behavior, and data quality in collaboration with Flowserve Field Engineering Services.
• Follow up on recommendations that may lead to pull-through business opportunities.

• BS or higher in Mechanical, Process, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
