We are currently seeking a Pressure Pumping Equipment Operator for our Union City, Oklahoma location.
PURPOSE:
A Frac Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe execution of operations on customer location and in the shop. The role is responsible for driving, operating, and maintaining specialized fracturing equipment. Participates in training and complies with all Company, federal and state policies, procedures, and rules to include Safety and DOT (Department of Transportation) rules and regulations.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Rigging in and pressure testing all frac equipment; including setting up all iron, manifolds and preparing the wellhead.
  • Drives Frac equipment over all types of road and weather conditions, including interstate highways, county roads, off road situations.
  • Competently operates all sand and line equipment, including valves and well heads.
  • Has basic knowledge of operating, loading and unloading of bulk equipment and auxiliary equipment, including nitrogen equipment and sand equipment.
  • Maintains all employee related paperwork, time sheets, driver DOT logs, trip sheets, etc.
  • Performs required Preventative Maintenance on all Frac trucks, blenders, pumps and valves.
  • Helps other equipment operators with rigging up and down all equipment on location.
  • Performs pre-trips and post-trips equipment inspections to DOT and Company standards.
  • Provides support to crew members with operations on and off of location as directed.
  • May operate heavy machinery if properly certified.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Less than High School Education
Work Experience: 0-2 years
Related Experience:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving history
  • Ability to travel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent
Work Experience: 2-4 years
Related Experience:
  • Valid Class A CDL with TAnker, Air Brake & Hazmat Endorsements preferred
  • Forklift Operator
  • Crane Operator
  • Safeland & HSE Certifications
  • Relevant oilfield product line experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Precise hand/eye coordination: Constantly
Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions: Frequently
Operation of heavy equipment or operation of vehicles: Frequently
Lifting/pushing objects weighing over: 50 lbs: Frequently

SCHEDULE:
Equipment Operators will work a 14 days on, 7 days off rotational schedule.
