ABOUT OUR COMPANY: We are a privately-held independent metal fabrication company that produces components used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.Our capabilities are constantly expanding and currently include metal stamping, laser cutting, brake forming, tubular stamped components, CNC and Swiss machined parts, wire forms, thread rolling, weldments, and integrated assemblies. Our modern facility includes a complete in-house tool and die department and fastener distributorship

JOB DESCRIPTION: 1st Shift: Monday through Friday 7AM-3PM ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead brake press department coach, train and instruct other team members. Set up and operate press brake and related equipment. Willingness to cross train and perform other job tasks when necessary.

Follow and maintain strict adherence to safety regulations/maintain safe work area. Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures. Strong work ethic.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of brake press set up experience. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. High School diploma or GED required.

Team player with a positive, can do attitude. Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform precise measurements using a tape measure. THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED: Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
