What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts according to work orders, blueprints, and customer specifications.
  • Select the proper tooling and perform machine setup and calibration for each production run.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate part production.
  • Inspect completed parts to verify dimensions, quality, and compliance with specifications.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and daily equipment inspections.
  • Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or production challenges promptly.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
