Job Description
We are currently seeking an Architecture & Preservation intern who will report to the Vice President of Architecture & Preservation as part of our dynamic team in New York.
Role Mission
This opportunity will allow you to gain experience within a luxury brand that will support you for your next endeavor and future career. You will gain a well-rounded overview of store planning as a whole and learn to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
How you will contribute:
  • Maintain Store network project archives (update drawings and photo books)
  • Support department with updating contracts/agreements and liaise with legal dept. (lease agreements, AIA, global suppliers)
  • Support department with regular project updates and reporting to Worldwide Store Planning & Finance by collecting update data
  • Create presentations for regional project reviews and BV Board

Who you are:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable in CAD
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take initiative and perform tasks in a self-sufficient manner
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Prior architectural work is a plus
  • Available 32 hours a week
  • Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.

Salary- New York:
  • $17/hr.
