Job description

Position Summary: The Regional LNR Sales Manager isresponsible for driving revenue growth across multiple hotel properties withinan assigned region. This role involves developing and executing strategic salesplans, managing key LNR accounts, managing LNR accounts, identifying new LNRopportunities to increase market share and profitability, and maintain and growcurrent LNR accounts.
Essential Job Functions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key corporate, group, leisure, and travel trade accounts.
  • Monitor property sales performance, provide guidance, and ensure consistent standards across locations.
  • Conduct regular site visits, participate in high-level client meetings, and trade events to promote regional properties.
  • Collaborate with revenue management and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize RevPAR and occupancy.
  • Prepare and present regional sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior leadership.
  • All other duties as directed by the President.
