Job description

The Premium Concierge serves as liaison between Kaseya Center premium guests and the Arena staff to ensure that Five Star Service is provided as it relates to, but not limited to Ticketing, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and general Arena Operations. The Premium Concierge manage the Premium entrances, from the luxury suite level to center court seats, and assist with guest service issues providing top customer services to the Elite members.
Responsibilities:
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving event-night ticketing issues of premium clients.
  • Develop proficiency with, and be able to explain all mobile ticketing initiatives, including Miami HEAT Mobile App and Ticketmaster.
  • Assisting guests, building individual connections, and providing direction with any questions or concerns.
  • Ensuring ingress and egress runs smoothly, and congestion is avoided.
  • Issuing guests passes as needed and within regulations.
  • Maintaining exclusivity for all premium lounges, including Hyde and Bacardi Ocho Suite Level.
