Our busy, premier plastic surgery and dermatology practice located in theย Ximed Building in La Jollaย is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly motivatedย Plastic Surgery Care Coordinatorย to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a polished professional who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping patients navigate their aesthetic journey from consultation through surgery and follow-up care.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient consultations and surgical scheduling.
Guide patients through treatment plans and financing options.
Maintain consistent communication with patients before and after procedures
Build strong patient relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Work closely with surgeons, providers and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
Assist with practice growth initiatives and conversion of consultations to procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling systems
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Plastic Surgery Care Coordinator, Cosmetic Consultant, or related aesthetic industry position preferred
Strong sales and patient conversion skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Professional appearance and demeanor
Positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for patients
Team player with a strong work ethic
