Licensed Aesthetician / Patient Coordinator
Bedford Hills, NY

Join a Premier Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics Practice
Bellava Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a plastic surgery practice, not just another med spa. You'll work alongside our board-certified plastic surgeon and experienced providers while treating both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic patients. This hybrid role combines aesthetic treatments with patient coordination/front desk responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both patient care and creating an exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Do
  • Perform advanced aesthetic treatments
  • Educate patients on treatment options and skincare
  • Recommend treatment plans and skincare products
  • Assist with patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and front desk operations
  • Maintain treatment rooms and equipment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from the first phone call through post-treatment follow-up
  • Work closely with our providers to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
Treatments You Should Be Proficient In
Candidates should have experience performing the majority of the following:
  • Microneedling
  • Vivace RF Microneedling
  • Hydrafacial
  • Coolifting Facial
  • Photofacial (IPL)
  • Chemical Peels
  • VI Peel
  • Body Contouring
  • CoolSculpting
Qualifications
  • Licensed Aesthetician (required)
  • Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice
  • Experience performing the majority of the treatments listed above
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Sales and retail skincare experience is a plus
  • Passion for aesthetics and delivering an exceptional patient experience
Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience
  • Starting pay begins at $26.00 per hour
