Job description

We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator/ Social Media Specialist to join our  Plastic Surgery & Med Spa team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand. 
Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments
  • Correspond with patients for video and photo shoots
  • Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
  • Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
  • Assist Front Desk with all admin duties
  • Assist all departments with Social Media Post

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Plastic Surgery and Med Spa Field
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
