Weston Cosmetic Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Front Office Receptionist to join our upscale plastic surgery center! We offer competitive pay, bonus, health benefits, paid time off, and other wonderful benefits. This position will sit in our Weston office.

A little bit about the position:

The Front Office Receptionist will play a key role in the Administrative functioning of the business.

What you can expect in the role:

  • Maintains a positive can-do attitude, supporting leadership direction and initiatives
  • Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone, while maintaining polite and proper etiquette
  • Check patients in and out
  • Confirm appointments
  • Fill in cancellations
  • Prepare for the following day's schedule, by making sure we have pulled the charts of all scheduled patients
  • Plastic Surgeon Front Desk candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (i.e., pens, forms, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information
  • Ensures HIPAA compliance by following company policies and procedures
  • Schedule appointments over the phone, in person and online
  • Run and review billing charges posted

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Plastic Surgery or Dermatology experience is a plus.
  • Nextech (EMR) experience preferred.
  • 1 year working in a medical office environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Spanish Speaking is preferred

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
