Job description

Join the Precision Landscaping Team

Precision Landscaping is looking for a highly organized, proactive Production Coordinator to support our growing New Home Construction Division.

This is a fast-paced position for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, communicating with multiple people, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will serve as a key connection between our field crews, Production Managers, builders, vendors, and office staff.

This is not just a desk job. The right candidate will understand the importance of urgency, communication, follow-through, and keeping operations moving.

What You'll Do

As our Production Coordinator, you will help manage the administrative and logistical side of production, including:

  • Managing job creation, updates, scheduling information, material entries, and closeouts in Aspire
  • Ensuring crew time and material information is submitted accurately and on time
  • Coordinating material orders and confirming deliveries before scheduled installations
  • Communicating with sod farms, nurseries, irrigation suppliers, and other vendors
  • Tracking open orders and helping resolve material shortages or delivery issues before they impact the field
  • Monitoring material costs and reporting potential budget concerns
  • Receiving and tracking warranty calls and coordinating follow-up with Production Field Managers
  • Maintaining accurate warranty documentation and tracking job resolution
  • Communicating schedule confirmations, project updates, and completion notices with builder offices
  • Responding to builder inquiries and escalating issues when necessary
  • Receiving new community plans, creating jobs, and preparing information for production crews
  • Tracking missing crew time and administrative documentation
  • Assisting with crew certifications, licensing records, onboarding documentation, and other production records
  • Generating weekly and monthly production reports

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and able to follow through without constant supervision
  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable communicating with crews, managers, builders, and vendors
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable learning and using technology and operational software
  • A problem solver who can identify issues before they become larger problems
  • Able to take ownership and keep projects moving

Experience with Aspire, construction operations, landscaping, scheduling, purchasing, or production coordination is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $40,000–$52,000 per year, based on experience

Additional benefits may include:

  • Annual performance bonus opportunities
  • Company-issued phone or tablet
  • Full Aspire system access and training
  • Health insurance contribution
  • Dental and vision options
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Quarterly performance check-ins
  • Annual compensation review
  • Opportunities for career growth within Precision Landscaping

Career Growth

As Precision Landscaping continues to grow, this position has the opportunity to grow as well. Potential career paths may include:

  • Senior Production Coordinator
  • Production Manager
  • Operations Analyst

Why Precision Landscaping?

At Precision Landscaping, we believe strong operations start with strong people. The Production Coordinator is a critical part of our production team and plays an important role in keeping crews productive, materials organized, builders informed, and jobs moving forward.

We provide training, support, clear expectations, and the opportunity to grow with a company that is continuing to expand.

If you are organized, motivated, dependable, and ready to take ownership of a key operational role, we would love to hear from you.
