We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer/Architect to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, presenting and selling outdoor spaces that are visually appealing and functional for both residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for outdoor projects.
  • Develop conceptual plans and detailed designs using CAD, Uvision or other design tools.
  • Select appropriate materials, plants, and features that align with the project’s aesthetic and practical goals.
  • Provide cost estimates and timelines for landscape projects.
  • Prepare and give compelling presentations so as to secure contracts and achieve sales goals.
  • Work closely with construction managers and foreman to ensure that crews are delivering beautiful results to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential or commercial landscape design.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Uvision, SketchUp, or Similar).
  • Strong understanding of horticulture, hardscape materials, and sustainable landscaping practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
