Job description

The Landscape Construction Manager/Estimator plays a critical leadership role overseeing residential, commercial, and HOA landscape projects. This position involves managing a team of 15-20 construction team, serving as the primary client contact, and frequently traveling between job sites with a company vehicle. The ideal candidate combines expertise in project estimation, budget management, and landscape design with strong communication and leadership skills. With a focus on quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion, this role is vital to advancing the company’s success and reputation in the landscape construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Estimate costs and develop project budgets for landscape construction
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of 15 landscape professionals
  • Conduct site assessments and property walks for accurate project planning
  • Serve as primary contact for clients and communicate project progress regularly
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor coordination
  • Allocate resources efficiently and ensure safety compliance on all sites
  • Plan project timelines and enforce quality control standards
  • Attend board meetings with HOA representatives
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain documentation using Word and Outlook

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in landscape construction
