Job description

Summer is fast approaching, and Oakley Country Club is hiring seasonal Greens Caretakers to keep our golf course in pristine condition throughout the season. You'll work at our Watertown, MA club and ensure members have an excellent time golfing with us. If you're ready for a rewarding new opportunity, keep reading to learn more!

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY:

This is a physically active role where you'll be in charge of cleaning, shaping, and maintaining our golf course greens and general landscaping areas. You'll get started nice and early, getting to work mowing the lawn, raking out the bunkers, and performing other landscaping tasks as directed. We're looking for people who want to spend their days outdoors and are committed to completing high-quality work every day.

To Qualify, You'll Need:

  • Ability to show up to work on time
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday and one weekend day
  • Commitment to showing up and giving your best

The ability to lift 50 pounds would be beneficial, but isn't necessarily required.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING OUR GREENS CARETAKERS:

  • Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • Schedule: 5:30 am to 2:00 pm during the season
  • Perk: We'll bring you lunches on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays!
