Job description

Landscape Crew Leader

 Location: Augusta, GA |  Schedule: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts), Fridays as needed

Join Piedmont Landscape Management, a growing, relationship-driven company committed to excellence in everything we do. We’re hiring a Landscape Crew Leader to lead field operations, build high-performing crews, and ensure our clients’ outdoor spaces look their absolute best.

 What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Crew Leader (Foreman), you’ll be responsible for:

·  Leading and supervising landscape maintenance crews (2–5 team members)

·  Ensuring all work meets company and industry standards

·  Communicating daily with Account Managers about progress, site needs, and issues

·  Tracking and recording property tickets, timecards, and materials

·  Executing daily plans efficiently and safely

·  Managing equipment use and job site safety

·  Preparing job sites and seeing them through to completion

·  Interacting with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns professionally

·  Ensuring job sites are left clean and complete at the end of each day

·  Building a strong, accountable team that takes pride in the work

 What Makes You a Great Fit

·  1–3 years of experience managing landscape crews or projects

·  Solid understanding of commercial landscape maintenance practices

·  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

·  Ability to train, motivate, and hold a team accountable

·  Excellent attention to detail and pride in a job well done

 Skills & Requirements

·  Knowledge of equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers

·  Valid driver's license (ability to pull a trailer strongly preferred)

·  Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

·  Comfortable working long days (10 hours) and occasional Fridays

·  Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality results

·  Able to follow directions and adapt to changing site needs
