▶︎ Position Overview
Our client is looking for a bilingual Pre-sales Engineer / Technical Solutions Consultant with a software engineering background to support pre-sales initiatives, solution planning, and system implementation projects. This role works closely with both clients and internal engineering teams to identify business needs, recommend effective technical approaches, and help drive successful project execution. Candidates must have prior hands-on development experience and the ability to bridge business and technical communication.
▶︎ Key Responsibilities
Client & Pre-Sales Support
• Communicate with clients to analyze operational challenges and technical requirements
• Recommend appropriate IT solutions based on business objectives
• Assist with technical presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and project estimations
Solution Planning & Architecture
• Conduct requirement analysis and system planning sessions
• Create practical and scalable solution architectures
• Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications
Project & Delivery Coordination
• Collaborate with developers and project teams throughout implementation
• Evaluate technical feasibility and review proposed designs
• Provide support during testing, deployment, and post-launch phases
Technical Contribution
• Utilize prior software development experience to support solution validation
• Assist with troubleshooting, proof-of-concept development, and technical decision-making
• Participate in technical discussions with both internal and external stakeholders
▶︎ Qualifications
• 1–3+ years of hands-on software development experience from scratch
• Experience across the full system development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in client-facing or customer-facing roles
• Experience preparing proposals and effort estimates
• Development experience with Python or .NET
Technical Scope
