The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Pre Post Sales Analyst to support the complete customer journey from initial proposal to successful delivery.

Reporting to the Analyst Manager, this position of Pre/Post Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales and Customer Service teams, supplying technical support over a wide range of products from opportunity to installation. This includes documentation of the customer technical requirements to implementation and post implementation support. 

Duties include:

  • Provide Pre Sales support to clients and Account Managers to ensure correct product and solution placement for a customer's current and future business environments
  • Assist with preparation of tender responses and sales proposals 
  • Identify potential risks and raise them for discussion as necessary both internally and with the customer
  • Provide customer training on the product where applicable Provide troubleshooting and technical break fix support
  • With experience your duties will include taking ownership as a project technical leader, working in close collaboration with the Commercial Sales team, Customer Service, the Customer and the greater Analyst team

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and relationship skills. Along with this, you will also have:

  • Tertiary qualification, ideally in a technical field or 3 years relevant Industry technical support experience
  • Knowledge of Print Management solutions would be advantageous 
  • Strong technical aptitude in Networks, Microsoft, and Apple operating systems and applications are required
  • The ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and their potential to add value to existing clients and solutions
  • An understanding of technical planning and testing processes
  • Ability to articulate business issues/concerns with people from a variety of technical backgrounds
