Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager

Porsche Brooklyn is currently seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager responsible for acquiring, reconditioning, marketing and selling pre-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of vehicles utilizing all channels

  • Oversee reconditioning to the highest standards

  • Set sales goals, track progress, and manage to achieve and exceed those quotas

  • Maintain pricing, marketing, advertising and sales for pre-owned vehicles

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through process and integrity

  • Oversee leads and follow-up

  • Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in

  • accordance with company standards

  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals

Qualifications

  • Prior sales management experience in luxury automotive sales required

  • Strong knowledge of luxury and highline pre-owned vehicle appraisals and sales
