We are seeking a Customer (Partner) Care Representative who will serve as a caring and professional point of contact for ministry partners. This role assists partners with donations, product orders, prayer requests, and general inquiries while ensuring every interaction reflects gratitude for their support of the ministry's mission.
Key Responsibilities
โข Respond to partner inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
โข Assist with donations, product orders, account updates, and prayer requests
โข Research and resolve partner concerns promptly and accurately
โข Document interactions and updates in the ministry database
โข Follow up with partners to ensure questions and issues are fully resolved
โข Encourage and thank partners for their support of the ministry
Qualifications
โข High school diploma or GED required
โข One or more years of customer support or partner care experience preferred
โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โข Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
โข Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
โข Spanish speaking ability a plus
