Partner Care Manager

Full Time Fenton, MO, US

This role supports the missions to Share Christ – Love People by coordinating, communicating, and implementing strategic partner care processes, systems, and methods to enhance relationship with partners. This vital role provides oversight for Partner Care team members, and ensures the team has a full understanding and training of all aspects for Joyce Meyer Ministries programs and outreaches.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership for the Partner Care department by establishing clear communication, setting expectations, developing team members, fostering accountability, and building a culture of excellence aligned with the ministry’s mission
  • Establish department vision, annual priorities, partner assignments, measurable objectives, key performance indicators, and ongoing process improvements while ensuring alignment with ministry initiatives and cross‑functional partners
  • Provide or coordinate creative oversight for high‑level event planning, partnering with the project team to execute Partner Care events that strengthen the ministry’s relationship with partners and support ministry funding opportunities
  • Serve as an ambassador of Joyce Meyer Ministries by connecting with partners to resolve concerns, communicate the heart of the ministry, and foster ongoing prayer and financial support through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,) required
  • Knowledge of Joyce Meyer Ministries media campaigns is essential
  • Knowledge of the goals and values of Joyce Meyer Ministries
  • Ability to foster collaboration
  • Exceptional presentation skills with ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to understand emotional behavior and diffuse emotionally charged situations
  • Requires tact, diplomacy and the ability to motivate and persuade others
  • Must be able to work independently and with little oversight
  • Ability to inspire and lead teams
  • Ability to set clear goals and measure results
  • Ability to understand how strategic ideas translate into real business goals

Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
