Description
The Partners Director is accountable for overseeing the Partners Team. This includes inter-departmental and organizational communications and it involves organizing and leading various campaigns and strategic planning of all donor development efforts. The ideal candidate will also need to specifically focus on Major Donor relational cultivation, travel, blended asks, and moves management, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and trust. The ideal candidate will also possess institutional knowledge and closely liaise with the executive leadership and represent IHOPKC well.

Responsibilities
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of Partners Team efforts
  • Maintain professionalism & integrity with Major Donors
  • Provide concierge service to existing Major Donors and Major Donor prospects
  • Plan and execute Major Donor travel plans
  • Plan and attend annual key donor gatherings
  • Lead and manage annual and year end campaigns
  • Oversee Partner cultivation newsletters and communications
  • Oversee Legacy Planning newsletters and communications
  • Oversee annual receipting letters
  • Manage database using CRM software
Qualifications
  • A demonstrated life of prayer and a Kingdom mindset
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required
  • A previous experience in the area of fundraising or major donor development is desired
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or related work/ministry experience is required
