• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in their Master's program, guiding them through real-world scenarios.
• Deliver expert psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation, adhering to ethical and professional standards.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Harold Psychiatric Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, each facing various challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. • A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy services in a mental health setting.

• Experience supervising clinical trainees or practicum students is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methods.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 65,000 and 130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
