  • Tabulate student practicum/placement hours

  • Conductclinical paperwork auditing of allenrolledstudents

  • In collaboration with Director of Clinical Placement,canassistinconductingClinical Placement presentations for student trainees

  • In collaboration with Director(s) of Clinical Placement, provide ongoing support for student trainees inaccuratecompletion andtimelysubmittal of practicum documentation.

  • Prepare electronicplacement files for incoming students(and physical files, if necessary).

  • UpdateMasterClinical Placement tracking chart.

  • Update approved Placement Site/Agency list

  • Prepare Trainee Status Letters and Certificates for distribution by Clinical Director(s).

  • Update Clinical Placement Tracking Chart(and Tevera platform, if applicable)withtrainee information,site and supervisor information, insurance information, MFT Trainee Evaluations, Documentation of Personal Psychotherapy, and practicum academic hours.

  • MaintainSite Affiliation Agreementsin SharePoint andnotify Director(s)of upcomingexpiration/ renewals

  • Stay abreast of BBS/AcademicProgram Requirements/COAMFTE practicum stipulationsandassistwith documentation gathering, if necessary.

  • In collaboration with Academic and Clinical Directors,assistingwith any program events including Orientation and Graduation commencement, etc.
