PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Adults, including LGBTQ community and individuals living with HIV/AIDS
• Patient Volume/Census: 15–18 patients per day
• Case Mix: Outpatient HIV Primary Care

FACILITY INFORMATION
• Service Setting: 100% Outpatient
• Support Staff Available: Practice Manager, Medical Assistants, and Registered Nurses

• Prior outpatient HIV/AIDS diagnosis and treatment experience
• Other Qualifications: Comfortable seeing 15–18 patients per day

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient HIV primary care.
• Diagnose and manage HIV/AIDS and primary care conditions.
• Provide clinical leadership as Medical Director.
• Participate in the shared call schedule.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Deliver compassionate care to underserved populations, including the LGBTQ community.
