Job description

Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to oversee Emergency Medicine and Neurology service lines. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions across assigned practices and partner hospitals.

The Practice Manager will serve as a key liaison between physicians, advanced practice providers, hospital leadership, and internal departments, ensuring efficient operations, provider support, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations for Emergency Medicine and Neurology practices
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, hospital administrators, and internal teams
  • Support provider recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling
  • Monitor staffing needs, coverage gaps, and operational priorities
  • Coordinate provider schedules and ensure appropriate coverage
  • Maintain strong relationships with hospital and clinical leadership
  • Track operational metrics and support performance improvement initiatives
  • Monitor documentation compliance and support billing and revenue cycle processes
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational updates
  • Assist with department meetings, communications, and project tracking
  • Address and escalate operational, staffing, or compliance concerns as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
