Job description

Large, top-tier law firm is seeking a strategic Practice Manager with at least three to four years of solid practice management experience in big law to work in its Los Angeles office. This is a hybrid role – 3 in office, 2 at home. Practice Manager will advise and partner with Practice Chairs and leadership teams to successfully execute strategic initiatives and oversee daily operations. Practice Manager will align practice functions and processes with the firm’s key business units including accounting, legal recruiting, marketing and business development, technology, and people operations. Practice Manager will set and drive strategic goals for assigned practices and facilitate execution plans as well as analyze financial, productivity, and utilization data to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making. Bachelor’s degree required. Salary range is $150-220k, depending on experience and skills.
