The Washington, D.C., office of Cozen O'Connor is looking for a Manager of Practice Group Marketing to work with the attorneys in the State Attorneys General Practice Group ("Practice Group") to brand and raise the national profile of the practice and drive cross-selling and new business development. The target audience includes General Counsels, Heads of Litigation, and C-Suite Executives. The Director will also oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans for Practice Group attorneys. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer in Philadelphia. The position will be located in Washington, D.C., and will be managed by Practice Group leaders.ย

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications and location.ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Work with Practice Group leaders in the development of strategic business development goals for the Practice as a whole.

ย ย ย ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Drive the development and execution of all branding, marketing and business development-related initiatives for the Practice Group, including individual attorneys in the Practice Group.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Use existing relationships and continue to expand media and journalistic relationships to identify and expand media opportunities.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Understand and support all aspects of the pitch process, including utilizing competitive intelligence.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Maintain client pitch materials, attorney bios, practice descriptions, and other promotional and collateral materials.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Work with individual members of the Practice Group in the creation and implementation of independent business development plans, speaking engagements, writing opportunities, client development seminars, firm-sponsored events, and conferences.
