Who You Are:

We are searching for a Director of Operations that is an effective communicator and solutions-oriented to manage our practice and operations, while providing support and direction for the team. As the second highest leadership role in the organization, this role is key to the effectiveness of our operations. If you are someone who simplifies problems, who gets everyone on the same page, and can run the day-to-day operations of a business, this could be a role you excel in.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will support a fantastic team, all working with a shared sense of purpose, that you will provide operational support and structure for, navigate roadblocks, and drive results. Specifically, you'll:

•First and foremost, align with our organizational mission and values
•Use your Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience (or equivalent background and skillset) in a leadership role to provide strategic thought leadership alongside the private practice orthodontist and provide day-to-day business operational excellence to the practice
•Deliver operational excellence and expertise by coordinating the day-to-day business operations of the practice
•Manage office operations, providing administrative, payroll, and HR support to the business and the team
•Bring your drive and energy to align the team's efforts, driving forward business objectives
•Coach and provide kind and empathetic feedback to direct team members to assist with their professional growth
•Organize community outreach and marketing efforts, recognizing the importance of the community to a small, service-oriented business
•Utilize your event planning skills to create engaging events, internally for the team and externally for the community
•Oversee vendor relationships and processes, identifying how and who to partner with to simplify day-to-day operations
•Partner with leadership on business strategy, using your tactical approach to execute the goals of the organization
