The Physical Therapist role is based onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility in Corona, where you will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Our workplace is designed to support not only physical healing but also emotional and mental well-being. The workspace promotes an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement, ensuring that every staff member has the resources needed to excel. We operate Monday through Friday, with specific working hours from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for focused patient care in a structured environment.

As a Physical Therapist at Body Rehab Solutions, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care through the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand their specific rehabilitation needs and health conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and the patient care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that emphasize goal achievement and patient engagement.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions, ensuring that care aligns with professional ethical standards and legal guidelines.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and advanced modalities to enhance rehabilitation outcomes and restore functional abilities.
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and the proper use of assistive devices to promote independent living.
• Manage caseloads effectively, prioritizing patient needs and coordinating daily staffing requirements to ensure seamless treatment delivery.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient demographic that includes both adults and children recovering from various surgical procedures, orthopaedic conditions, and other rehabilitative needs. Our inclusive approach ensures that treatment plans are culturally competent and tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by each individual patient.

To be considered for the Physical Therapist position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a valid license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or willingness to acquire it within 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates.

While no experience is necessary, we value familiarity with therapeutic techniques and modalities from internships, clinical rotations, or volunteer roles. Experience in a rehabilitation setting or knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems will be advantageous.
