Job description

Company Overview:

Growve is a leading health and wellness company specializing in acquiring, operating, and growing world-class brands within the active nutrition, dietary supplement, and beauty verticals. Our portfolio includes 16+ brands and thousands of unique products.

Position Title: Senior Amazon PPC Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Senior Amazon PPC Specialist to take full ownership of the advertising strategy and execution for a flagship, multi-million-dollar health and wellness brand within the Growve portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing substantial monthly ad budgets, driving profitable revenue growth, acquiring New-to-Brand (NTB) customers, and optimizing TACoS across highly competitive categories. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling large-scale Amazon accounts using advanced ad product mixes (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP) and thrives in an analytical, fast-paced environment.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and execute end-to-end performance advertising strategies for a high-volume Amazon account.
  • Manage and deploy large-scale monthly ad budgets to achieve strict ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS targets while maximizing top-line sales growth.
  • Lead campaign creation across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (Video/Storefront), Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP to capture active search demand and build top-of-funnel brand equity.
  • Conduct deep-dive performance analysis using Amazon Business Reports, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance (SQP), and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to identify growth levers and eliminate wasted spend.
  • Partner directly with inventory, supply chain, and catalog teams to align ad spend with stock levels, product launches, and seasonal demand peaks.
  • Continuously analyze competitor strategies, keyword share of voice (SOV), and market trends to defend top placements and capture category market share.
  • Implement structured A/B testing protocols for bid automation, match-type structures, ad placements, and creative assets (video, lifestyle, custom imagery).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing large-scale, high-budget Amazon PPC accounts (experience in the health, supplement, or CPG categories is a strong plus).
  • Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) and campaign architecture optimization (experience with Amazon DSP is a plus but not required).
  • Exceptional quantitative and data-analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
  • Native/Fluent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes complete ownership of outcomes, attention to detail, and excels in a fast-moving, performance-focused team environment.

Additional Details:

  • Full Time with Competitive Pay
  • Progressive Working Environment
  • Located in Israel (Jerusalem) or U.S.
