What Does Success Look Like in This Role?

The PPC Manager will report to the Director of Paid Advertising and oversee a portfolio of clients' paid media strategies. Responsibilities include innovating and refining advertising efforts, improving internal processes, and delivering exceptional service and results to retain and grow clients.

Essential Functions:

  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Develop, implement, and refine high-performing paid media campaigns that address industry challenges, solve business problems, and highlight differentiated value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, creative services, and fulfillment) to identify new opportunities for client success.
  • Be an expert in platforms like Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn, capable of running campaigns on any of these platforms.


What Does the Day-to-Day Look Like for a PPC Manager?

This role is immersive and dynamic, meaning no two days are alike. However, key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing campaign strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Reporting on product KPIs and objectives.
  • Ensuring superior delivery of products to clients in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Strategizing and executing roadmaps and large-scale initiatives with client services and product teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends to keep Big Leap ahead of the curve.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.


This Job Might Be a Fit for You If You Have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid advertising.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an agency or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in Google Ads or Meta Ads and the ability to contribute from day one.
  • Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with current AI tools and trends
  • Experience in client-facing roles and building strong client relationships.
  • The ability to travel to the Big Leap office as required.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Prompt and regular attendance.
