  • Leverage AI for workflow automation, increased productivity, and demand generation effectiveness.

Be the SEM Expert
  • Own paid search strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Manage keywords, bidding, budgets, landing pages, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
  • Continuously improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, pipeline, and revenue.

Lead the Team
  • Coach and develop a high-performing growth marketing team.
  • Allocate resources across multiple business units and campaigns.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Measure & Optimize
  • Use data to guide strategy and investment decisions.
  • Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
  • Present performance, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Foster a culture of testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Success Measurements:
Success will be measured by your ability to improve:
  • Marketing-sourced qualified leads, qualified pipeline, and revenue
  • Marketing ROI (ROMI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
  • MQL-to-SQL conversion
  • Opportunity-to-Closed Won conversion
  • Funnel velocity
  • Revenue growth across multiple business lines

Required Qualifications:
  • 12-15 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
  • Proven success building and executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise managing SEM/PPC campaigns in Google, Bing, Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets with a strong focus on ROAS and CPA.
  • Experience with international, multi-language marketing campaign execution and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing data to optimize performance.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales to improve pipeline generation and lead conversion.
  • Experience leading high-performing marketing teams and implementing cross-functional business processes.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
