Our Sales team serves the critical role of getting our products into the hands of our customers. This talented team works hard to build and maintain relationships with our clients, as well as looks for new business opportunities to expand our reach.

Description
The Sales Operations team focuses on optimizing the sales processes, managing data, and improving efficiency within the Sales team. The team handles tasks such as forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics to drive successful outcomes.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Structuring
• Partner with AEs on net new, expansion, and renewal transactions
• Support multi-year structuring to improve account stability
• Combine renewal and expansion SKUs when appropriate
• Manage co-terms, repricing, and partial renewals
Conversion & Forecast Support
• Reduce friction in late-stage deals
• Reinforce funding validation before Proposal → Committed
• Ensure structuring supports clean forecasting
Operational Governance
• Monitor approval cycles and turnaround times
• Identify recurring friction and recommend improvements
• Maintain compliance and auditability
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Required
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in commercial quoting, deal desk, or sales operations
    • Strong Salesforce and CPQ experience
    • Working knowledge of SaaS subscription models
    Preferred
    • Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise sales teams
    • Experience with multi-year structuring

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $47,500 - $84,800 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
