About This Role

Geronimo Power is seeking a Project Scheduler to support planning, scheduling, and schedule analysis activities across its renewable energy development portfolio, including solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and emerging gas generation. This position works closely with Early and Late-Stage Development teams to develop, maintain, analyze, and report project schedules while proactively identifying schedule risks, recovery opportunities, and impacts to key project milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)
  • Coordinate weekly and biweekly schedule update cycles with Early and Late-Stage Development teams.
  • Validate schedule logic, activity durations, milestone dependencies, and project assumptions to support schedule quality.
  • Maintain standardized project schedule templates and support consistent schedule management practices across the portfolio.
  • Perform critical and near-critical path analysis, monitor float consumption, and identify schedule trends.
  • Conduct schedule health checks and quality reviews to identify logic gaps, missing updates, and potential schedule risks.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Permitting, Real Estate, Interconnection, Origination, Procurement, Construction, and project leadership to keep schedules current and actionable.
  • Prepare executive schedule reports, portfolio summaries, milestone updates, and other schedule-related reporting materials.
  • Support forecasting, scenario analysis, cost-loaded schedules, risk-loaded schedules, KPI development, and Project Controls governance processes.
  • Escalate schedule concerns, recovery opportunities, and milestone impacts to project leadership in a clear and timely manner.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of relevant exposure to scheduling, project controls, development, construction, engineering, renewable energy, or utility-scale project execution preferred.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling concepts, schedule logic, milestone tracking, and project planning principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel; Power BI and Microsoft Project experience preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams and communicate schedule information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support several projects simultaneously.
  • Interest in supporting the growth of Project Controls capabilities, including forecasting, cost controls, risk management, reporting, and governance.

Pay Range for the posted level: $90,000 - $115,000 plus target annual bonus opportunity of 10% Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and demonstrated market-relevant expertise
