Our client seeks a Dynamics CRM Technical Architect to design and govern scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned with strategic objectives. The architect will define technical standards, guide developers, lead solution reviews, and drive modernization of legacy components. The role spans architecture, hands-on development, DevOps and ALM, integration patterns, performance optimization, and security. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and may lead a team of CRM developers to deliver reliable and efficient CRM capabilities.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration.   • Create architectural documents and technical process flows using tools such as Visio, Confluence, and SharePoint.

  • Provide technical mentorship, set goals, enforce standards, and conduct design and code reviews.

Experience Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Technical Architecture for Dynamics CRM and Power Platform end-to-end solutions leveraging out-of-box features and Azure.

  • 8+ years in design and development across Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Sales/Service, including complex plugins, workflows, business logic, and Dataverse components.

  • 8+ years with C#, .NET, JavaScript, APIs, CI/CD automation scripts, reusable frameworks, and standardized templates.

  • 5+ years with Power Platform customization and configuration, Power Automate, and Azure services such as Logic Apps, API Apps, Service Bus, and Functions.

  • 5+ years working within Agile methodology and fast-paced development lifecycles preferred.

  • Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification preferred.

  • Azure certifications preferred.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
