Job description

We are looking for an experienced M365 SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer to support enterprise-scale collaboration and workflow solutions within a life insurance environment in West Des Moines, Iowa. This Long-term Contract position focuses on designing, building, and improving SharePoint Online and Power Platform capabilities that help teams work more efficiently and manage information effectively. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth across Microsoft 365, with the ability to translate business needs into practical, well-governed solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design and enhance SharePoint Online sites, structures, and content organization models to improve usability, searchability, and information access across the enterprise.
• Build custom business applications using Power Apps to address operational needs and streamline team processes.
• Develop automated workflows with Power Automate to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and support business productivity.
• Establish and maintain governance practices for Power Platform solutions, including standards for security, usage, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend technical approaches, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
